Privacy and personal data

The form collects your name, email address or phone number according to your preference, preferred time slot for a call, company (optional) and message to respond to requests and prepare proposals. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot handle your request without the required fields. We do not use the form for automatic newsletter or marketing subscriptions.

Systems may process IP addresses, requested resources, timestamps and technical browser information to deliver and protect the site. The form uses a local CAPTCHA, a session and anti-spam limits based on identifiers derived from the IP address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in security and proper operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). There are no automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiling.

The form uses the technical session cookie novabase_contact for CAPTCHA and request protection. Fonts, images and videos are served by this site. The browser may store local functional preferences; these are not used for profiling. Linked external services apply their own privacy notices.

The WhatsApp button opens an external service only when you choose “Start chat”. The conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Only after consent to statistics do we load Google Analytics 4 (G-0L47X0Y66H) and Google Tag Manager (GTM-K6NNFH9), services of Google Ireland Limited. We measure page visits and technical usage data; page URLs sent exclude queries and fragments. Form fields are not sent. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Without consent we do not load these services or send pings to Google. The _ga and _ga_* cookies have a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days, without automatic renewal. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days (novabase-consent-v1). You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer; withdrawal deletes Analytics cookies accessible to the site and reloads the page, without affecting earlier processing.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/. Report data retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings.

With statistics consent we also use Microsoft Clarity (project z7twthanoi), a Microsoft service, for heatmaps and session recordings: it collects interactions, clicks, scrolling, technical information and pages visited. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). The contact form is masked in recordings. Advertising consent remains denied.

Clarity uses _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (one day) cookies. Without consent we do not load Clarity, including in cookieless mode. Withdrawal through cookie preferences deletes accessible Clarity cookies and reloads the page. Microsoft may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards. Enquiries are emailed to info@novabase.it and handled by authorised persons. Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data to provide their services, including as processors where applicable. Data is not publicly disclosed. Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them and any subsequent relationship; further retention is limited to legal obligations or the protection of rights. Technical data is processed according to operational, security and abuse-investigation needs.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@novabase.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. The form checkbox acknowledges that you have read the notice and does not constitute marketing consent.
