NovaPartPilot is Novabase’s platform for industrial machinery spare parts and after-sales service. It brings together 3D models, component lists, documentation and quotation requests in a customer portal that can be branded for the manufacturer or dealer.
Starting from STEP CAD files, the portal makes the machine model available in the browser. Rotation, zoom and selection linked to the component list help identify the component and its spare part code. The portal manager configures the links between components and the catalogue.
Customers select parts available for enquiry, set quantities and add them to the basket while retaining the machine and serial number reference. They then submit a quotation request and view its history, status and PDF once uploaded by the supplier. This is a commercial enquiry process, without online payment.
Each customer accesses their own machines and associated documentation. The manufacturer or dealer manages customers, machines, model revisions and the spare parts catalogue; the WhatsApp support link uses the contact configured for the portal.
