NovaSensor brings together Novabase probes for measuring product core temperature and monitoring ambient temperature and humidity. Local data logging and real-time transmission support cooking, cooling, storage and process monitoring.

Product core temperature

Probes with steel needles measure temperature inside the product. Different configurations address insertion, space and handling requirements.

BTW-HT311-R · rechargeable

Food-compatible silicone body and handle. One to three digital sensors at the needle tip and one at its base. Battery with wireless charging.

Needle probe

Steel needle and food-compatible body. Three digital sensors at the needle tip and one at the base for chamber temperature. Long-life battery; customisable needle, with a 15 cm × 4 mm version.

Ambient temperature and humidity

Probes for cold rooms, processing areas and storage environments. Selection depends on the measurements needed and installation and washdown conditions.

BTW-AMB

Measures temperature and relative humidity. Long-life battery replaceable by the customer. Not watertight: do not immerse or install in areas heavily exposed to washing.

Logging and integration

All probes presented provide data logging and real-time transmission. The product pages list integration via Modbus TCP and MQTT: we define the connection to the monitoring system with you.

Specifications are taken from the Novabase product pages. Configuration, operating conditions and required performance must be checked for the selected model and application. The stated temperature range does not automatically extend the humidity measurement range.
