The probes send data to a software, where the user can set maximum and minimum temperature. If the temperature exceeds these setpoints, the user will be notified with an alarm. This feature helps avoiding product waste.

With this system, manual downloading and archiving data is no longer needed. Everything is authomatically saved.

HOW DO THEY WORK?
The wireless probes can:
- send collected data real-time when trucks are parked and already charged with perishable food;
- download data collected during the trip as soon as the truck comes back to the plant: this way, manual data download is no longer needed. Everything is authomatically saved on PC. Plus, the system doesn’t need a GSM SIM, which tranlsates into no subscription needed.
